My husband and I first visited to Avon Valley Dementia Support Group was via our social services home visitor. She took Peter and myself to a meeting in Fordingbridge. We really found it a great help. My husband has since stopped attending, but I have remained going as a volunteer which I find very enjoyable.
My interests are cross-stitch and all things with needles. I love reading and baking and pottering in the garden.
