Avon Valley Dementia Support - Objectives
To relieve the needs of those diagnosed with dementia and related conditions living in South West Hampshire and surrounding areas by the provision of support, practical advice and a safe environment in which they may meet regularly to engage in recreational activities which are designed to stimulate memory and coordination skills giving them the feeling of self-worth, improved well-being and inclusion.
